May 20th-  The Chairlift is now open to the public.   Check with Summer Recreation for hours of operation.

Participants are invited to a complimentary burrito breakfast hosted at Eagle Nest Senior Center. 4:30 am-8am. Info 575-377-2420. (Contact us also for volunteering or donations.) Community members invited.

May 22nd-25th-  22nd Annual Chile Challenge Mountain Bike Festival.  By far our largest event of the season, and now the second largest mountain bike event in the nation.  Downhill racing, four-cross, short track, and cross country racing make up this four day event.  Expect to see competitors as early as the 20th.  Go to www.racemsc.com to see the schedule in detail.

June 6th-7th- 4th Annual Weberacing Hare Scramble Series.  This is a motorcycle race that takes place on the back side of the mountain.  Look for over 200 competitors this season.  For more information, go to www.weberacing.com.

June 27th-28th- Angel Fire Summerfest and Balloon Rally.  In its second year, look for fun outdoor activities for the kids, live music and plenty of vendors.  More information on this event will be forthcoming. 

July 3rd,10th,17th,24th,31st- Movies Under The Stars.  In its 6th year, this popular community event is fun for all ages.  Movies will begin at dusk every Friday in July.  We hope to announce the names of the movies soon on our website.

  1. The Taos County Association of Realtors is hosting BINGO NIGHT at The Lodge in Angel Fire on Saturday, March 14. The doors open at 5:30 pm for you to purchase your cards and get a bite to eat. Bingo cards are $10 each or 3 for $20. You can play all evening on these cards! Prizes are good old “HARD CASH”! There will be lots of fun games added to the regular Bingo playing. Please join the fun and bring your friends!

    Proceeds go to the TCAR Scholarship Fund for area seniors

  2. June 12th-13th-14th.
    AAFPO Weekend!
    In conjunction with the AAFPO Annual Membership meeting, there will be an entire weekend of events. The meeting will be Saturday the 13th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at the Community Center.
